SpiderTech.com ships to addresses within Canada & US

Non-Continental & Remote locations: Shipping charges will be quoted based on address provided. Delivery times to PO boxes and remote locations may be longer than carrier standards shown below.

Standard / Express Orders

All orders received no later than 1:00PM EST will be processed and shipped the same business day. All orders placed after 1:00PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays and weekends. Please be aware that orders may experience longer than normal processing and delivery times during holidays.

We recommend placing your Spidertech order at least 10 business days prior to any major holiday when shipping with standard delivery, and 3 business days prior when using express delivery. We can only guarantee delivery of orders where all items are in stock.

Spidertech is partnered with Federal Express, UPS and Canada Post and reserves the right to change the carrier used to best deliver your order.

Cancelling An Order

Once your order has been processed & prepared for shipment or has shipped, we cannot stop delivery or cancel it. If you no longer wish to receive the product, you can choose not to accept the delivery by refusing it in person or contacting us to arrange the return. When we receive the returned package, your refund will be issued based on the terms in our return policy.

Local Pickup

Quick and Easy Local Pickup is the fastest and safest way to get your purchases. Simply place your order online for pickup, we'll get your order ready in as little as 24 hours.

We'll send you an email confirmation with your order and shipment details. Delivery times exclude delays due to order review, processing times, weekends and holidays. Once your order is ready for pick up, remember to bring along your email confirmation and proof of identity to pick up your item(s)!

Because your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don't worry–we'll handle it for you. The delivery date provided at checkout accounts for clearance times.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada and the US.

Shipping Information

Covid-19 Shipping Delays:

Due to Covid-19 impact orders may be delayed. Please add 5-7 days to the time frames provided.

Thanks for your patience as we work to keep you motivated and moving.

We ship all Canadian orders from our Toronto warehouse and All US orders from our Connecticut warehouse. Under certain circumstances, some of our US orders may ship from our Canadian warehouse to ensure your order gets delivered as quickly as possible.

Our carrier partners make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible. Spidertech cannot guarantee delivery times; to ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least two weeks prior to ensure timely delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned. Once returned, a $10 rerouting will be applied on all packages reshipped. To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend delivery to a commercially zoned business address or have someone present to receive your package.

Shipping Notifications

SpiderTech will send you a shipment confirmation with tracking information for your reference. Please check your spam folder and make sure SpiderTech.com is an accepted email address.

Changes to the shipping service will be accommodated whenever possible if the order has not yet shipped.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number as your order ships. At our distribution centres, tracking numbers are assigned to packages once they are finished, packed and are ready for courier pick-up. However, it may take up to 24 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. We understand the difficulties that arise when you are unable to access up-to-date tracking information for your package. Please rest assured that our delivery experts are hard at work making sure that your package reaches its destination as quickly and safely as possible. Lost Or Stolen Packages

Spidertech is not responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Spidertech will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
